Step 1:

Shake well before use. AM/PM dispense 1-2 pumps of foam onto damp skin, massage thoroughly for 30 seconds then rinse and pat skin dry.

Step 2:

After cleansing, dispense a pea-size amount and gently massage in circular motions onto damp skin, paying more attention to the nose, T-zone and beard whilst avoiding the eye area. Rinse thoroughly and follow with the MR. SKIN moisturiser. For best results, use 1-3 times a week.

Step 3:

Use AM/PM daily. Massage a pea-sized amount evenly over cleansed skin and neck.
